FIRES

We use non combustible building materials in our homes.

EARTHQUAKES

Sheer strapping bracing helps to stabilize the structure.

HURRICANES

There's never been a steel framed home on record damaged by wind.

Flooding

All materials used in building the walls do not absorb water.

Mold & Mildew

Since the home does not absorb water and we use all inorganic materials, no mold can grow.

Rodents, Bugs

The toughness of the stone coatings means that no bugs or rodents can eat through them.

Every Year Natural Disasters Destroy Our Communities, Yet We Rebuild the Same Way.

Why?

Mother Nature is very harsh, but we can build with stronger materials that can withstand the test of time.

All our homes come standard with certified bulletproof fiberglass sheathing that is also a FEMA certified shelter material.
